- Patrick M Pritchard (ppritcha@acs.ryerson.ca) said (about Chip's pic):
-
- : Dunno Chip. To me it looks like a 1571 with some stickers thrown on the
- : front.
-
- : Plus, I've never heard of a 5 1/4" disc that holds 20 MB! The slot looks
- : like nothing smaller than 5"..
-
- S'funny, I was going to say exactly the same! How much is this guy asking
- Chip? I'd say treat it like a stock '41 price wise until you know for a
- cert its either a '71 or some vast hybrid this guy built out of a Syquest
- drive or something! (And if he has get him to *prove* it!! =-)
-
- Looking at it I'd say it was just some wazzock trying to customize his
- hardware to impress his schoolfriends! (I've seen worse, like the kid
- who wrote Amiga across his 128 in biro thinking it would fool someone!)
-
- Jason =-)
